Personal Review: Parenting by The Book: Biblical Wisdom for
Raising Your Child by John Rosemond
Thank you for writing a book based on my beliefs but more importantly my
instincts!
Our family promoted those psychobabble books and magazines when our
children were young and my wife and I deferred to their "wisdom". We
were quickly frustrated because their methods "never" worked.
I began researching the sources of this modern child-rearing, psychology,
etc. and marxists began popping out of the woodwork! Many of todays
doctors are the "useful idiots" tearing down America unwittingly using the
science of Marxism-Leninism. Phyllis Schlafly documents their
subversions in detail in her books and on the Eagle Forum.
Then we came across your earlier works, put the methods in practice and
received immediate and positive results! In 2007 we purchased this title
and regularly refer back to it along with daily reading of the Bible. It has
not only helped my wife and I but our children too!
It's interesting to note the hit pieces from the negative reviewers. Seems
that someone or some organization took some quotes out of context and
then sent out an e-mail blast calling upon their members to trash this God-
inspired book. Laughably obvious is that most of the negative reviewers
didn't even read the book.
