Personal Review: LDAP in the Solaris Operating Environment:
Deploying Secure Directory Services by Tom Bialaski
I've been thinking about deploying LDAP in the Solaris Environment and
last year I bought a previous version of this book (ASIN: 0130306789 ), but
it was really a disappointing experience. The book was telling mostly about
what LDAP is, but not much about how to use it in Solaris.
The new version is great. It tells you what you can use LDAP for, how to
plan, deploy and support services. It also covers recent version of Sun
Directory Server (5.2) and 2 the most popular versions of Solaris (8 and 9).
Highly highly recommended.
