Jacques could have come up with dishes so innovative and

Personal Review: Jacques Pepin More Fast Food My Way by
Jacques Pepin
After watching Jacques Pepin cook on PBS, I ordered a copy for my
husband for Father's Day (one of his favorite chefs!). We weren't
disappointed with the recipes. Each we've tried have been excellent! The
mini-savory blue cheese cheesecakes served on a fresh green salad were
fantastic- although rich. The chicken thighs (we also used chicken
breasts) with the mushroom and onion sauce were superb. It's refreshing
to have wholesome food without the fast-food fatness from drive-thrus.
Since our daughter has wheat intolerances, we have adapted the recipes
nicely, though most are already gluten-free! Viva la French chef Jacques
Pepin!
