My husband and I adopted our daughter when she was one. She is seven
now and beginning to ask questions about her birth family. We have

always talked openly about her being adopted, but she forgets from time to
time. This book is precious. It handles both sides of the adoption from the
birth mother's struggles to the adoptive families anticipation and worries.
She and I were both in tears when we finished reading it. If you are
adopted or have adopted children it is a MUST read!!
