Grandmas Dead: Breaking Bad News
with Baby Animals by Ben Schwartz
Hillarious!
Avoid the messy confrontations that accompany delivering bad news
personally and let one of these cute baby animal postcards deliver the
devastating message for you.
Are you afraid to tell your girlfriend that her ass looks fat? Do you need
to explain to your nephew that dreams dont come true? Why not let a cute,
fuzzy bunny do it for you! We understand how hard it is to tell someone
that youre sleeping with his wife, so let a photograph of a duckling sleeping
on a teddy bear soften the blow. These perforated postcards answer all of
your cowardly prayers--youll finally be able to tell the truth without ever
conquering your fear of confrontation. Let these adorable baby animals
supply a silver lining to any bad situation and avoid, a long, tearful
afternoon explaining why daddys never coming home.
Personal Review: Grandmas Dead: Breaking Bad News with
Baby Animals by Ben Schwartz
The idea for this book is simple but hillarious. The book contains 20 or 30
"postcards" (which you can leave in the book or tear out and send to
people) with very cute pictures of baby animals and a "bad news" caption
at the bottom, such as the example given on the front of the book. The
combination of pictures of kittens and bunnys with things like "The Donor
Backed Out", "Your Babies Ugly" and "It's Malignant" really are a hillarious
contrast.
Great to look through when you need a laugh.
