Personal Review: Gluten-free, Sugar-free Cooking: Over 200 Delicious Recipes to Help You Live a Healthier, Allergy-Free Life by Susan OBrien Sugars seem to cause negative behavior issues in our daughter. We decided to check out other ways of eating and cooking. This cookbook along with one on cooking with stevia instead of sugar has opened a new world that our whole family seems to be enjoying. Her negative behaviors have since decreased, she's more focused, all of our stress levels have gone down and we feel it is due to eliminating glutens, splenda (sucralose), all other sugar substitutes, refined sugar, and replacing them with Stevia (the plant leaves, the liquid form and Truvia (the granular form). Thanks for offering this book and any others to people like us. You were very timely in getting the book to us and we were able to use a couple recipes for this years Christmas and our guests couldn't believe the wonderful tasting recipes! Thank you again and keep up the good service!
