I can highly recommend this book to any woman who wants to shed a few
pounds gained along the way (over 40 or not)! It's not that there is
anything revolutionary about it, it just reminds you in a positive way about
everything you ever learned about healthy eating and exercise...plus a few
extra gems that you didn't know about. Which is not to give it justice. I
love how the book is very practical and helps you make your own plan that
you can live with. I use the weekly planning sheets and daily tracking
sheets religiously. My husband has laughed at my ridiculous calorie-
counting, but, you know, it works and so I'm sticking with it!! 10 pounds
down, 7 to go!
The book is very well thought-out and offers something for everybody. It's
just what I was looking for.
