Author Cynthia Lair then applies these lessons to cooking for young children and babies aged six months and older. She explains how to adapt each recipe separately for both childrens and adults palates. This updated edition includes the most current nutritional research along with 65 delicious new recipes, including meat dishes. Personal Review: Feeding the Whole Family: Cooking with Whole Foods by Cynthia Lair Definitely one of my Favorite cookbooks! My two favorite recipes so far are: Lemon Garlic Quinoa Salad & Lemon Raspberry Thumbprint cookies! I was hesitant about the cookie recipe because it didn't include eggs or sugar. But you know what?! My husband said they are his new favorite
    2. cookies, one of the best I've ever made! And healthy too. The Quinoa salad has been a staple in our family for years, truly fantastic! However, I just made the cookies for Easter and they were so good, and healthy, that I was inspired to get online and write this review to show my support of this book! Thank you Cynthia Lair for sharing your recipes with us.
