Most of the yogis who attend our yoga studio have children and are always
looking for ways to interest their children in yoga. While we offer Family
Yoga and Kids Yoga, the demand for "more for the children"
continues. This book offers parents and yoga teachers a way to easily
introduce yoga into the lives of our children, and it does so in a

presentation that is at once simple, fun, and delightful! I am confident this
book will be on my shelves at the studio, so that when parents clamor for
more kids yoga, I can recommend this book!
