Toward Success in Work and, Life
Co-Active Coaching provides a model for coaching. It shares the
philosophy behind coaching that sees the client as creative, resourceful
and whole. The client is not broken and needing to be fixed, but has a
great wealth of knowledge that can bring them success. The coach's job
is to ask powerful questions that allow the client to reflect on what they
know. The coach dances in the moment in these conversations helping
the client to focus their attention in ways that move the client toward
actions that will bring desired results. The coach provides support,
accountability and belief in the client.
