Beginning Tai Chi by Tri Thong Dang - Presentation Transcript

    1. Beginning Tai Chi by Tri Thong Dang Good Starting Point Describes the simplified Tai Chi form, a set of movements designed by Chinas Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports. Master Tris descriptions highlight the spiritual essence of the form and display its graceful simplicity. Clear illustrations accompany the instructions. Personal Review: Beginning Tai Chi by Tri Thong Dang This book is, as it says, a good beginning for someone unfamiliar with Taiji Quan. It demonstrates the Beijing 24 movement form. This was in fact, my very first book on the subject, and gave me a basic understanding of Taiji Quan form and movement, before I was able to find an instructor. Overall, the material is easy to follow, the illustrations are clearly drawn, the directional arrows are a big help in determining proper transition between the forms.
    2. If you are completely new to Taiji Quan and have no access to a teacher, you will find this book a good starting point. For More 5 Star Customer Reviews and Lowest Price: Beginning Tai Chi by Tri Thong Dang 5 Star Customer Reviews and Lowest Price!
