Ancient Secret of the Fountain of
Youth: Book 1 by Peter Kelder
5 Rites
Legend has it that hidden in the remote reaches of the Himalayan
mountains lies a secret that would have saved Ponce de Leon from years
of fruitless searching. There, generations of Tibetan monks have passed
down a series of exercises with mystical, age-reversing properties. Known
as the Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation or the Five Rites, these once-secret
exercises are now available to Westerners in Ancient Secret of the
Fountain Of Youth. Peter Kelders book begins with an account of his own
introduction to the rites by way of Colonel Bradford, a mysterious retired
British army officer who learned of the rites while journeying high up in the
Himalayas. Fountain of Youth then offers practical instructions for each of
the five rites, which resemble yoga postures. Taking just minutes a day to
perform, the benefits for practitioners have included increased energy,
weight loss, better memory, new hair growth, pain relief, better digestion,
and just feeling younger.
Personal Review: Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth: Book
1 by Peter Kelder
If you are doubting the validity of the information in this book, don't.
I have this latest update as well as a copy of an earlier edition published
years ago.
I began performing the 5 Tibetans, religiously, in 1997. I typically do them
first thing in the morning. The entire sequence takes less than 10 minutes.
I perform 25 reps rather than the recommended 21 reps.
The Rites aka The 5 Tibetans are thoroughly explained and demonstrated
in the text. I recall the very first time I tried spinning, I made it about 3
turns then lay down on the bed and nearly hurled. My head was spinning
and I felt nauseous.
I'm extremely happy that I stuck with it. In fact, I have a large library on
many topics, including health. For what I've gotten out of it, this book is as
important as any that I own.
You don't need to start doing the 5 Rites until you're 35. But when you hit
35, get this book and get started. You will be happy you did. The daily
investment of a few minutes is nothing compared to the medical bills and
pain and suffering you'll prevent.
I 'm reticent to even include this note, since it's pretty amazing. But, this is
about the Fountain of Youth, so it's more than apropos. I'm going to turn
50 this year, but my metabolic rate is the same as a typical 14-year old.
I do other things to take care of myself. But the Rites are at the top. Yes,
it really does work.
