I have MANY cookbooks, but this one is by far the best and healthiest I
own. I started my weight loss and life changing eating habits on December
19th, almost a month after I gave birth to a baby girl. Needless to say, I
needed something easy, fast and good to cook. Also, I NEEDED recipes
that have the nutritional information listed for each recipe, since my "diet"
implies counting calories (I follow Jillian Michaels - Biggest Looser-
program). Using this cookbook since that day (3 months later) I've lost 16
lbs (I am also exercising!).
I love this book because it has everything I needed. Recipes are super
easy and fast to make. The desserts are awsome too. Now I don't feel
guilty for eating chocolate cake :) My husband and preschooler also like
the recipes (with some exceptions).
One word of "caution": if you buy this book make sure you have a Dutch
oven, since many recipes require one.
I highly recommend this cookbook. I agree with all that said this is "the
bible" for cooking healthy.

I have MANY cookbooks, but this one is by far the best and healthiest I own.
