This book has over 200 different exercises, divided into sections
addressing different muscle groups. It's great for beginners trying to figure
out their own exercise regime, but it's also very useful for advanced folks
that want to spice up their routines. The book has about 20-30 pages at
the back addressing suggestions for supersets on different muscle groups.
If the book had another chapter on suggested workout programmes, it
would have been an awesome book; as is, it's just a great book. All in all
though, one of the best workout books I've seen out there.
