How I do what I do…..
I sit with you and have a regular conversation. I want to know a little about you to help you explore yourself better. Though I am your coach, mentor, or tutor, you also have the answers within you. You know the things that help you be the best you you can be- but sometimes we all get caught up in life and forget these things. As I get to know you, I ask you questions to help you uncover what you have inside you that you have lost touch with.

These chunks will be your goals. Within the goals are smaller steps to help you achieve the goal.
As we move forward and goals are achieved, the puzzle becomes whole again!

Helping you achieve your goals
I help you achieve your goals by creating SMART goals or goals that are written with a final, tangible outcome in mind that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-sensitive.
Creating your goals is like putting a puzzle together. We will explore and break your dreams of cross-cultural adaptation and comfortable expat living down into smaller chunks.

I help you keep on track by –
Holding you accountable for your progress.
Helping you find the best method that suits your personality to achieve your goals.
Brainstorming alternative paths to achieving the goal.
Helping you overcome obstacles.
Creating specialized lessons (for English and for personal development).
Helping you keep track of it all by providing follow up notes for appointments.
By other ways you identify that are helpful.
How long does this process take?

It is based on a lot of factors:
the kind of goal
your personal resources to achieve the goal
the time line
your motivation
your overall self-confidence in achieving the goal
What if I keep trying and it’s not working?

Time line for Achieving Your Goals
I cannot tell you a time line, because for each person it is different.

When it doesn’t seem to work what do we do?
At this time we hit obstacles or blocks, we can go deeper into the process of getting in touch with yourself.
This goes beyond the goal to some types of self-confidence, personality development and communication skills types of activities based on your unique needs.
This sounds pretty intense, how has it worked for others? Have you tried it?

Success of the process
For the clients or students I have helped so far, I have seen tremendous improvements in as little as a few months depending on the goal, their motivation to achieve it and their self-confidence.
Yes, I also have gone through the processes, especially the Life Purpose Process. This process which can help you dive into personal and career exploration is the coaching process I am certified in through the Life Purpose Institute.
In order to graduate and get certified I also had to
go through the processes myself- I dived into the
same materials I am presenting to you.
They are powerful and life changing.

I will offer you a 30 minute free session in the first meeting. If you like it and want to try more, I will collect your intake forms at that time and we will create a schedule of meetings and payment plans will be discussed (rates range from US $50 to $75 an hour).
