  • Parasitism is a kind ofhunter-prey relationship.The parasite depends onanother organism (host) forfood, protection, andreproduction.Example: tapeworm and human intestine

  • Orchid attached to the tree is anexample of commensalism.
  • Mutualism is a kind ofrelationship where bothorganisms benefit. It is a giveand take relationship betweentwo organisms where they canbe benefitted from each other.Example: Anabaena and azolla
  • Anabaena living with Azolla is anexample of mutualism.
