    • Description of ServicesSupplier Payment ChecksIf applicable, Assurance Screening contacts up to three suppliers listed by fax, and documents back the information receivedfrom the Client approved screening questions. Five (5) fax attempts are made. Up to four (4) questions are asked. NOTE: Thesuppliers must be provided directly to Assurance Screening by the vendor/subcontractor being screened.Additional Document Collection & Verification ServicesWith customizable document collection and management services, Assurance Screening can assist your organization in thecollection and verification of most documents you require from your subcontractor, vendors and suppliers. The AssuranceScreening team will request the documentation, and communicate with your business partners on what your company requires.    Bonding Capacity Letter collection documenting single & aggregate limits Bank Credit Reference Letter collection MBE/DBE Certification collection and verification Company Cash Flow & Balance Sheet collection Program Implementation ScheduleWeek 1 Client composes a subcontractor/trade partner and location list with contact information and provides to Assurance Screening. If applicable, each subcontractor/trade partner will be associated with the correlating location(s) or project(s). Current insurance requirements are provided by Client for review, if applicable. The Assurance Team provides to Client a tailored internal company memo regarding the program to be distributed to Client staff. The Assurance Team provides to the Client a copy of the enrollment email for customization and approval.   The Assurance Team finalizes the subcontractor/vendor list and returns to Client for final approval.Week 2 The Assurance Team sends the enrollment email to the subcontractors/trade partners introducing Assurance Screening, and requests completion of the process. The screening process and the necessity to complete the registration in a timely manner are explained in this communication piece. The Assurance Team continues to fill in any contact holes to those subcontractors/trade partners that have missing information and send out enrollment emails as information is gathered.Week 2+ Subcontractors/Trade Partners click on the link in the email which takes them securely to our website where they provide all requested information. Each are given a specified date to complete the screening process, determined by the Client. Upon enrollment, The Assurance Team screens the enrollees against the predetermined screening parameters and verifies documents received by the subcontractors/trade partners. Each subcontractor/trade partner has the ability to request a copy of their completed screening report.Week 3 An online training session is scheduled with Client. This instructional training will demonstrate to the Client users how to navigate the Assurance website and view their reports. Client may log in at any time to check the status of any subcontractor/trade partner.Ongoing ProcessesReminder emails are sent automatically to subcontractors/trade partners every three (3) days requesting enrollment and completion of thescreening process.Upon enrollment, reminder requests for documentation are initiated two times (2x) per week, for thirty (30) days.
