Sales & Marketing• If you don’t know about CRM we will help you learn how to organise and use your contact and client data• We will seek local and regional press coverage• We will support your personal launch event• You will learn to market easily with our help• 3rd party sales and marketing packages are available at your cost
Want to leave?• We hope not• However this is a lifestyle business and you choose your own pace• Your clients are yours• If we or other consultants introduce you to clients they are ours• Our approach is business-like and commercial• There are no restrictive covenants
Supervision• A necessary professional business precaution – you will not be alone• The directors are responsible for you• Regular visits are the normal routine• Weekly 1-2-1’s are available and can be useful• 6 monthly social gatherings• Support can be made available at other times to suit you .
Referrals• We will not spoon feed you - it is your business• We have lead generation techniques and we prioritise referrals to new joiners• Referrals are not guaranteed; you need to be sure of your following before you join us• Engage with us at the level at which you feel comfortable
What Lawyers are we interested in?• Our preference is 3-5 years PQE or more• Corporate/Commercial, IP, (Renewable) Energy, Agriculture, Employment and Commercial Property• And anyone, save for PI solicitors and residential conveyancers, will be considered• If you are a parent balancing childcare with work, want to reduce your hours, retiring, returning or redundant, why not try us if you have supportive clients? ..
