    • My summary messages• Road user charging (RUC) and GNSS are natural partners• Today, it depends upon government intervention• New GNSS services are already available, increasingrobustness and reducing fraud losses• Embedded vehicle connectivity and positioning willmassively alter the current paradigm• New RUC players will emerge as barriers to marketentry are removed• Widespread consumer RUC will depend upondevelopments in vehicle technology• Collaboration is needed between operators/serviceproviders and vehicle OEMs to maximise opportunity10
