Remaining US$ 0.5 billion of investment would be poured into infrastructure

GramVaani bears the cost of the technology platform, the VLE brings in the business (classifieds) and the referrals to whom the message has to be broadcast through the MobileVaani platform Local targeted marketing support for the VLEs V-advert platform Consumer brands, for products and services, air their advertisements on MobileVaani network for a nominal fee.
