  • 12. PROJECTS qatarcultural village CVP is designed as a landmark project With a rich language of classical Architecture. Using latest building materials and international standards in design and specifications. Special to this project is the exact replication of classical orders made in AGLAY stone work imported from ITALY. The development has a mix of cultural and commercial uses. This subdivision of uses has been done after an in-depth preparation of an urban design master plan. International standers of environmental sustainability and smart growth have been considered. The central plaza is completely pedestrianised and barrier free for the physically challenged.

Causing minimum impact on the environmental, this is possible due to a sensitive layout of open spaces, earth berks and green barriers. Special to this projects is a well thought out master plan which does a grade separation for 50,000 workers who commute to and fro everyday and provides for their everyday needs. All waste generated from this huge city is treated and used for irrigating the green spaces. The project has a sound hierarchy of movement system with the central movement spine being completely pedestrianised and barrier free for the physically challenged. There is a system of open spaces each having a special character and variety to cater to the large user groups.

  • 26. PROJECTS ourexpertise BIM : Building Information Modeling enable building professional to virtually create building , i.e. while designing you are actually creating Walls / Doors / Windows/ Roofs etc. not lines . BIM helps you to think 3 Dimensionally with real Materials & Specifications . Best Stage to Use BIM : At Design Development Stage Advantages of BIM : - Thinking in 3 Dimensional You can have 'n' no. of sections / views , Good in Complex project when you want to see each and every Details . - Quantity Estimation - Energy Simulation ( ECOTECT Analysis ) - Clash Detection ( If all Services are also modeled using BIM )
