Welcome to “Dancing for Sustainability”. This publication is a follow up of two other volumes on pictures of the Events “Sustainable Strategies and Practices for Development” 2010 and “Fighting Poverty and Engaging Conservation through Sounds” 2010 jointly organized by my organization African Centre for Community and Development on the 9 th -10 th of October 2010.
Unlike the other volumes, this one focuses exclusively on the animation part of the conference that saw delegates, participants, traditional dance groups, organization leaders and local people dancing and raising their voices with gongs in order to strategise and arrive at a framework on Sustainable Strategies and Practices for Development from Cameroon, Africa.
The animations and musical interludes after presentations forthrightly put Africa as a strong location in development management and African Centre for Community and Development as a strategic force to collaborate, consult and work with.

Conclusion
Colour and diversity are vital in shaping holistic policies for social policy delivery that can target strategically the most vulnerable and mainstream many others into wealth and wellbeing.
The Conference on “Sustainable Strategies and Practices for Development 2010” and “Fighting Poverty and Engaging Conservation through Sounds 2010” did just that as it put tested strategies and practices in a formal and participatory process towards a recognized framework for Development. In that light we shall be analyzing the framework arrived at in this occasion in another publication.
