Three comprehensive EDRM educational platforms in one event

The event spans over two days and includes the following:
1) A half-day introductory workshop that explores emerging information management technologies
2) The workshop will be followed by a site visit to the Department of Education and Communities. This will provide a unique opportunity to get a live demonstration of a successful EDRM system in action. (the site visit has very limited space, so please book early if you are interested)
3) The event will conclude on the second day with a forum featuring practical case-studies and discussions lead by organisations with leading EDRM systems and practices. The forum will kick off with an interactive discussion of what delegates have gained and learnt thus far.

Dr Mark Cotterell is an Information Management professional with over 20 years’ experience in developing
strategies for, implementing and managing a broad range of electronic content management systems.
His prime expertise is in supporting organisations to evolve their information management maturity. This is a
complex task requiring aligned management of people, technology and processes.
He has engaged with many public and private sector organisations in the UK and ANZ and finds this domain
