  • 4. How we work now?• Work process • We have daily SCRUM meetings (usually 15-30 minutes) using Skype (part of the team works from home or another location)• Tools we use • Visual Studio 2010 & Team Foundation Server 2010 • Project 2010 • Excel 2010 Nivo 300
  • 5. Reasons to move on?• We had badly configured Team Foundation Server 2010 from the beginning• Hard to plan the project using Excel and Project• Visual Studio 11 & Team Foundation Server 11 bring a lot of new features that ease the developer’s life Nivo 300
