FORM AND STYLE OF ENGLISH BUSINESS LETTER
1. Idented Style
The form letter indented grooved. Writing the address located on the
top left, under writing the date. For the format of writing a paragraph on
indetend style, any new paragraph given distance. The position of the
address, reference, subject, and the greeting is on the left of the letter
after writing the date. Regards closing, signature, name clearly located to
the left.

2. 2. Full Block Style
All parts of the letter made with this form, type from the left margin.
Form paragraph Full Block style it’s same with Block style. The difference
is the position of the date on the Block style located on the top right.
3. Modified Block Style
In this format writing letter head, date, closing expression, and the
signature are in a position aligned to the right. And the other are at the
right rate.

3. 4. Semi Block Style
In Semi Block style, form paragraph same with Indented style. All parts
of letters typed as straight shape. Except for the contents of the letter.
The position of the date is located on the right after letter head,
address, reference, subject, and the greeting is on the left of the letter
after writing the date. Signature is located to the right of the letter.

4. 5. Hanging Style
Hanging style it’s same with Semi Block style. The difference in the
content of the paragraph form the letters leaning down early paragraph.
The position of the date is located on the right after letter head,
address, reference, subject, and the greeting is on the letter writing the
date. Signature is on the left.
