  • 1. Asociación de Profesores de Inglés de Rosario September 2010 ___________________________________________________________ Dear Member, We are pleased to forward the September issue of our monthly newsletter. Important note: You are certainly aware that we are producing a lengthy monthly newsletter. Due to printing and distribution costs, we are sending it in digital form to all members with an email address. The paper version is delivered only to those without it, and may experience undue delays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we encourage you to write to aprir.2009@yaho.com.ar to start getting your newsletter and other updates by email. As from this month, you can also access the Newsletter archive at http://groups.google.com.ar/group/aprir We hope you received our Teacher’s Day greeting in due time. We would like to share with you some impressions of the Celtic Evening which was held at Asociación Católica San Patricio on September 3rd to celebrate our Day. Our gratitude goes to San Patricio’s Board of Governors, teachers, members of Saint Patrick’s Singers, Irish dancing group SIAMSA as well as Scottish music group Clanavis for their contribution to the entertainment. We are also grateful to former Members of APrIR’s Committee for having joined us that evening, and also, we would like to thank SBS and Ameghino bookshops as well as Oxford University Press, who generously contributed items to be raffled. We have received many compliments about the friendly atmosphere and lively dancing and music playing. “What a lovely time we had!”
