Access Skills India Pvt. Ltd. is a start-up company with its Headquarters in
Delhi and branch offices in Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi. We provide and
specialize in services related to guarding, security systems and consultancy.
We implement a rigorous training programmes incorporating intensive
professional focus on physical fitness, fire fighting and proficiency in
operation of electronic surveillance equipments.

Some of the experiences which have enriched his perceptions and insights during his long career
include –
Training officers, soldiers and units in tactics, leadership and technical trades. He steered the TA
Training School at Nasik when it was relocated.
Participating in operational and logistics exercises at national level..
Management of Military Cantonments.
He has been Chairman of Academic Schools and Army Institutes..
He has also looked after Import Contracts of Indian Army.
He is a keen environmentalist.
The General Officer has been a national level yachtsman and a services tennis player. He is also a
certified producer and director of short films.
Major General Hemant Kumar Singh is a retired senior Army Officer from
Armored Corps with more than 30 years of pan India experience in the fields
of operations, training, security, disaster management, logistics, HR
management, administration & CSR. He has headed the Territorial Army,
which has 66 units from infantry, ONGC. HPCL, IOCL, Indian Railways, Civil
Hospitals and Eco Task Forces.
 The General Officer is an MBA in Disaster Management and holds MPhil
and MSc degrees in Defense Studies and Post Graduate Diplomas in Financial
Management and Business Management.

5. He was deployed as AFRRO at IGI Airport, New Delhi on Deputation to Bureau of Immigration and in High
Commission of India at Nairabi (Kenya) and High Commission of India at London (United Kingdom) on
deputation to Ministry of External Affairs.
After retirement from Ministry of Home Affairs he was Director, Pinnacle Total Security Service Private
Limited, Green Park, New Delhi for more than two years and worked as COO with Security Promotion Group
of India, New Delhi for more than six months thus giving him good exposure to the Indian Private Security
field.
Mr. Satinder Kumar Thakral is a retired Assistant Director from ministry of Home
Affairs with more than 37 years of experience in India and abroad in the field of
Security, Management, Training, logistics, Liaisoning, Protocol and administration.
He has served in Kashmir and Punjab at the time of height of disturbances and
served the motherland. He is B.Sc, B.Ed from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
 He has under gone more than fifteen in service courses besides initial training at
National Police Academy, Mount Abu, Basic Mountaineering Course at SGMI, Sikkim,
and Un Armed Course at CTC, CRPF, Neemuch. He was a best athlete in college and
also represented his College in Cricket, Volleyball and Table tennis.
He has also under gone Training by Metropolitan Police, London on Diplomatic
Security and at West Yorkshire Police Training College, West Yorkshire at U.K. in
general policing
