  4. We have all of the ideas, we control all of the channels, we know what the consumers want … you pay us, maybe we’ll let you in to our world Open mobile platforms today
  5. We are in an age of conversation Can I contribute ? No one party can achieve the same as a collective
  6. I have an idea ! The number of steps, and the time to market alone will kill the best ideas
  7. There is a direct correlation between the level of embedded analysis and the dilution of creativity and inspiration I have SDKs, a few APIs, Tools, Programs
  8. A community is a fishbowl, hungry for input, and an endless provider of sustenance We are listening
  9. I am an all powerful, robotic duck overlord of insight … I will extend the value of your products and services Modern mobile platforms need to be more like movements and leave the confines of corporations

Where we are going … Philosophy • Meritocracy rules and transparency is contagious • It’s a globe, not a region • Kits are a thing of the past Technology WRT is the abstraction layer of choice • Open and defacto technology standards will rule • APIs are open or obsolete • Abstraction layers preserve investments • Business • The shortest path to the consumer wins • The mobile is the killer application
