few years providing a professional service in the field of Employee
Assistance/Employee Wellness.
In September 2014, Careways Group was contracted to provide
wellness programmes to employees of the KwaZulu-Natal Office of the
Premier. Anuysha Naidu, working for Careways group, was allocated to
manage the programme with the Wellness Team in the Office of the
Premier headed by myself.
It has been my pleasure to work with Anuysha as she never
disappointed. She was always available to give professional managerial
advice to the Team in the Office of the Premier at the same time
addressing the multi-facet wellness needs of employees. I found her to
be approachable and maintained the principles of integrity and
