  1. 1. •  Thermal  underwear  has  been  produced  in   Finland  since  the  early  twen7eth  century  and   ini7ally  became  widespread  among  athletes,   hunters  and  fishermen.    •  General  acceptance  and  widespread  use  of   thermal  underwear  came  during  the  1st  World   War  in  1914  and  since  then  it  is  being  ac7vely   used  for  everyday  wear,  especially  in  winter.  •  Today,  due  to  applica7on  of  the  latest   materials,  underwear  has  refined  its  proper7es   such  as  an  ability  to  remove  moisture  and   maintain  warmth.  Guahoo  TM  purposefully  and   successfully  combines  in  its  products,  tradi7ons   of  the  past  and  achievements  of  modern   technology.   2

WHO  ARE  WE?  Vokant  Management  OY    is  a  sportswear  company  based  in  Finland.  It  specializes  in  sport  and  outdoor  apparel,  thermal  and  func7onal  base  layer,  -­‐  the  owner  of  two  popular  brands  of  thermal  underwear.  It  has  been  opera7ng  in  the  market  since  1998.    The  headquarters  of  Vokant  Management  Oy  is  based  in  Espoo,  Finland.      The  representa7ve  Office  of  Vokant    Management  Oy  is  located  in  Moscow,  Russia         3

HISTORY  1998   Vokant  Management  Oy  started  its   commercial  ac7vi7es  impor7ng  thermals  and   technical  underwear  to  Finland  and  Russia   from  the  United  States.  2003   The  company  has  created  its  own  brand  of   thermals  and  technical  underwear  Guahoo®   and  launched    in  Europe,  where  it  became   very  popular.  Later  a  second  brand  Laplandic®   was  born  to  cater  to  growing  demand  of  the   lower  price  segment.  2009   The  company  began  to  increase  the   assortment  of  Guahoo®.  In  addi7on  to  thermal   and  technical  underwear,  summer  and   outerwear  clothes  for  spor7ng  and  outdoor   ac7vi7es  are  now  being  produced  under   Guahoo®  mark.     4

APPAREL  DESIGN  The  design  of  our  models  are  being  created  under  the  supervision  of  our  Finnish  chief  designer,  who  cooperates  with  experienced  European,  US  and  Asian  designers.      Pacerns  of  each  model  are  carefully  designed  by  our  technologists  with  standard  sizes  and  shapes  to  match  with  people  from    different  con7nents,  in  accordance  to  technical  standards  in  different  countries.   9

PRODUCTION    &  QUALITY  CONTROL  Employees   of   the   produc7on   department   in   close  coopera7on   with   SGS,   constantly   control   the  product   quality   directly   at   the   factories   during  produc7on   process   based   on   ISO   interna7onal  standards;    •  Strive   to   ensure   the   quality,   safety   and   durability   of  our  products;    •  Ensure  that  the  method  of  distribu7on  complies   with   regulatory   requirements   and   market   condi7ons;  •  Carry  out  audits  and  cer7fica7on  •  Inspec7ons  •  Tes7ng  The   basis   of   the   quality   includes   control   of   the  produc7on   process   in   all   stages   beginning   from   a  row  of  materials  prior    to  packaging  and  shipment.    All   this   allows   us   to   have   minimum   percentage   ofdefects  in  our  produc7on.       12

PRODUCTION    &  QUALITY  CONTROL  We   consider   it   is   necessary   to   take   an   ac7ve  posi7on  in  the  protecAon  of  the  environment  and  therefore  carefully  select  our  partners  and  cooperate   only   with   factories   which   priori7ze  environmental   issues   and   minimize   impact  upon  it.      Addi7onally,   our   partners   are   only   companies  that   do   not   use   child   labor   and   take   care   of  their   employees,   providing   them   with  comfortable  working  condiAons.   13
