We know evidently GoodRelations (we discuss together about it during summer on twitter ;-) ) and the wonderful job you make for Semantic Web in Ecommerce (besides Congrats for Linked Open Commerce). We citate it during Questions/Answers session after our presentation, but not in the presentation beacause we had only 30 minutes to introduce the subject and, in France, it's just the beginning, so we want just to show very very simple example.
But, during our training or our meeting with our clients, we have more time and we citate Good Relations.

Nice presentation. One remark, though: Did you look at the GoodRelations vocabulary for E-Commerce?
http://purl.org/goodrelations/
It is the most widely used schema for exposing rich e-commerce data, adopted by companies like BestBuy, Overstock.com, O'Reilly, Yahoo, Peek & Cloppenburg, and many others.
I think it would make a lot of sense to update your markup examples to GoodRelations; you can basically take the code from
