  • 2. STORY APP • Story app needed to increase app downloads, build a stronger community and engage key tech influencers. • Story app looked to Crush Social to design a social media strategy, content creation and community development to increase downloads and expand reach.
  • 3. STORY APP DETAILS • Discovered potential users through initial network as well as through Twitter advanced search keyword analysis. • Once identified, we scraped what and how they shared. Users flagged to have similar interests in our product were engaged through questions and potentially featured on our app home page. • We engaged users by helping answer questions on Twitter that related to the brands core values/vision. • Instagram was utilized to engage our artistic/ story teller following. It was a mix of interests from followers, as well as product updates and videos. It was also helpful in conversion as many power influencers seek solace on Instagram.
  • 4. STORY APP RESULTS • Increased app downloads by 152% • Increased Facebook reach by 3,123% with zero ad spend and increased engagement from .3% to 18%. • Increased Twitter reach by 518% and followers by 54%. • Increased Instagram engagement by 312%.
