  4. 4. Be Safe Together <ul><li>Trick-or-treaters should walk with a friend or an adult. </li></ul><ul><li>They shouldn’t eat any candy until their parents have checked it for poison and razor blades. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Carry a Flashlight <ul><li>Trick-or-treaters should carry a flashlight so cars can see them. </li></ul><ul><li>They should look both ways before they cross the street. </li></ul>
  6. 6. No Weapons <ul><li>Children should not carry dangerous weapons on Halloween. </li></ul><ul><li>This pirate is carrying a blunt plastic sword. </li></ul>
