Ann Wimmer is
a fashion expert providing trend leadership to the retail, wholesale, and trade publication
industries. She specializes in apparel, fashion accessories and home furnishings for
the high-end and luxury markets. With over 20 years in the trenches, she is
accomplished in leading the fashion direction in the areas of buying, merchandising,

Ann has served as in-house trend director, style editor, and advisor to buying teams,
photo shoots, commercial film, and contributing editor to fashion, shelter magazine and
industry publications. Ann excels at identifying up-and-comers and negotiating with
industry-leading vendors and designers as well as creating innovative assortment plans
for lifestyle-driven retailers.
Savvy to the fashion world, Ann has produced over 100 full-scale runways shows for
Nordstrom and national fashion publications. She has managed million dollar marketing
budgets and multi-million dollar home decor inventories. She has led sales promotion
staff, visual merchandising managers, and freelance teams.
Ann holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa College of Business
Administration.
