Narrative Report on the High School Adminstrative Meeting<br />On<br /> Development of School Leaders With In Your Schools<br />It Takes A Village<br />According to Chapman (2005) Quality schools require quality leadership. Quality leadership cannot be assumed or acquired without a coherent, integrated, consequential, and systematic approach to leadership recruitment retention and <br />Development.<br />Background<br />The Broward County School District is the fifth largest school system in the United States. It is a rapidly growing system, which currently provides educational opportunities to 2500,000 students (Pre K-12) who are enrolled in 215 schools and centers. <br />This organization is no different from any other corporation it needs good leaders. Successful organizations depend on its leadership to help them improve.<br />Project overview<br />This organization is no different from any other corporation it needs good leaders. Successful organizations depend on its leadership to help them improve. This project is a power point presentation that will be presented to future Broward County School leaders. The purpose of the power point is to discuss leadership style, school leaders and the possibilities of future leaders. And discuss the leadership diversity, communication ,monument and policies of Broward County Public Schools. <br />Project Elements<br />The goal of this project is to present to future school leaders the definition of school leadership and issues in Broward County Publicv Schoos. The question will be raised, “Are you prepared to be a Future School Leader in this School System or any School System?<br />Our Audience will be future school leaders from Broward County Schools<br />The Setting will take place at Broward County Convention Center ( informal)<br />Panel of Administrators: To answer questions and give advice<br />Workshop One<br />Objectives: To discuss the historical facts of leadership, leadership style, future leaders, management, school policies, and values.<br />Workshop Two<br />Objectives: To discuss Dynamics of Change, Organization Mission, Leadership Skills, Decision-Making Model, Evaluate Accountability and Evaluate Organization<br />Workshop Three<br />Objectives: To discuss Communication Tools, Communication Model and Plan<br />Technology<br /><ul><li>Blog</li></ul>Reference:<br />Chapman, J.
