Layout  TweetDeck combines all of your accounts into one window  HootSuite displays a tab for each account you add, rather than all of your accounts in one window  TweetDeck is very easy to use.  For those who are not great with technology, TweetDeck would be a good management system.  Updated November 1, 2013  TweetDeck now has a redesigned sidebar on the left for easy navigation across columns.
