    17. Now, Social Media IS the N EW Better Business Bureau
    18. The Bottom Line: If you don’t have a REAL presence in Social Media, you have way to get YOUR message heard!
    19. What can a business person do? it At the minimum ii Sign on and search sites for your business name '5 Claim your business on sites such as Urbanspoon, FourSquare, Yelp, Etc. ii Respond to negative posts APPROPRIATELY
