  • 14.                    Now  to  add  some  recruitment  value  to  authorship 1.  Make  sure  each  recruiter  has  a  Google+  profile   2.  You  must  have  a  website  where  you  /your  recruiters  publish  jobs  to   3.  In  the  recruiter’s  Google+  profile  About  page  go  to    ‘Contributor  To’   sec1on  –  make  sure  you  use  the  main  website  homepage   4.  On  each  adver1sed  job  on  the  website,  include  a  link  to  the   recruiter’s  Google+  profile  including  the  rel=“author”  tag   5.  Now  when  that  job  appears  in  search  the  recruiters  profile  picture   appears  alongside  the  job  making  it  ‘pop  out’  from  all  the  others  on   the  page     source:  hPp://theundercoverrecruiter.com/google-­‐plus-­‐search-­‐mobile-­‐strategy/   6.  Now  your  mobile  site:  Google+  now  have  a  content   recommenda1on  engine  on  the  mobile  plalorms,  based  on  similar   content  from  the  author.   7.  Adding  a  single  line  of  code  to  the  mobile  site,  other  content  from   the  author  will  be  recommended  to  the  user  when  they  reach  the   end  of  their  ar1cle.  If  that  is  a  published  job,  then  this  will  be  other   similar  jobs.
