  • SimonPoulton Simon Poulton This is a terrible and unfair generalisation of a generation. It's akin to me saying that all adults 40-70 are boring, portray diminished passion regarding their jobs and have zero grasp of technology, of course there are some like that, but certainly not all, so why scare potential employers away from judging all Gen Y applicants on a case-by-case basis?.
    Lets hope I don't start giving presentations on Gen X & Baby Boomer candidates to young startup companies based on my sweeping and uneducated generalisations.
