1987 – 1991:

Application manager - IT Demand manager. (ERIC SFC system, etc.)
Philips Semiconductors, IC Wafer fab MOS2 Nijmegen.
Responsible for all information systems used in and around the wafer fab. Define the user
requirements supporting the department for reaching their goals.
Manage the IT department (8 employees) aiming for the requested functionality, high
availability and performance of the IT systems.

1983 – 1987:

Process-engineer - Cluster lead. (Ion-Implantation, Metallization, Plasma Nitride)

Start-up of the new 4” wafer fab, optimize the production processes, increase equipment
