Overview of DAS • DAS currently owns and operates 110 long haul transports and 40 local and regional transports – 35 specialized enclosed units, and – 75 traditional open carriers • DAS will service over 110,000 customers annually both domestically and internationally in 2006 • DAS’s main call center is located in Mesquite, TX (outside of Dallas, TX) with a satellite call center just outside Los Angeles, CA • DAS services both running and inoperable vehicles, motorcycles, exotic/classic cars, RVs, farm implements, boats, and trucks.

  • 7. Vehicle Relocation Industry Overview • Drive-away – Early on drive-away service was the predominant way to ship a personal vehicle. Most were snowbirds coming out of the Northeast into Florida. • Brokerage – Next came the brokerage age where bookings were moved through 3rd party carriers and on their BOL (Bill of Lading). • Carrier – Asset based company that had direct control over the shipments. – Many operate in a regional area – Focus came be on POV or OEM or both

Advantages of DAS • True door-to-door service – DAS - Vehicle is brought to the customer’s door on a flat bed. – DAS – Deliveries made by appointment based upon the customer's schedule – Alternative – Vehicle is delivered off transport unit, sometimes requiring a delivery location in a parking lot. – Alternative – Vehicle is delivered once the transport arrives within the area, sometimes in the middle of the night

Or the vehicle can be dropped off at anyone of our 100 terminals across the states! – Alternative –Pick-up day may not be guaranteed without a 1 – 2 week advance notice, then there will usually be a 2 – 3 day pick up window. (Your vehicle may sit on your lot for an extended period of time. Your customers may not want to wait!) • Cancellation Policy – DAS – 100% refund of all monies paid if the vehicle is not in our possession. – Alternative – All orders require a deposit which may be at risk regardless of when the order was cancelled.
