Weight loss is a complex
undertaking.
No one essential oil will do it all for
you.
Essential oils can do two things for
weight loss:
1. Help curb appetite
2. Help break down adipose (body fat) and
cellulite tissue

If you are willing to look at your
lifestyle, habits and addictions --
and create self awareness --
the aromas can help you
achieve your goal.

Weight management can be a
lifelong challenge,
but short-term results are
possible.

Let’s start by using essential oils to
curb the appetite.
Many essential oils have an appetite-
reducing effect:
All citrus and mint oils , as well as
Sweet Fennel , Juniper , Cypress and
Petitgrain ,
and surprisingly Black Pepper .

I designed two essential oil synergies:
Moderation of Appetite
Quit Craving
Quit Craving is also available in a
Roll-On Relief version.

You can use these synergies in
your diffuser over long periods of
time.
They will help reduce your
appetite.

Whenever the urge to eat something
(or to smoke something,
for that matter) comes up,
I recommend to sit down, close the
eyes, and feel where in your body
the urge sits.
Most commonly, it is somewhere in
the chest area.

Take the bottle and sniff the aroma.
Take the scent to the place in your
body where the urge sits.
It may take several minutes to dispel
and heal the urge.

Continue until the experience of
the scent has completely filled
the area, and the experience of
the urge in your mind-body has
dissipated.
You will transform your
mind-body this way.

Use the Quit Craving Roll-On
Relief in a similar way.
Roll it generously over the area
where you located the imbalance.
Stay with it until the scent
transforms it.

On the other hand, the spicy
essential oils increase appetite:
Be careful with
Ginger , Cinnamon , etc.

Topological Application
Over Adipose and Cellulite Areas
Essential oils can help break down
adipose tissue and cellulite.

Juniper and Cypress are the most
useful, as well as Atlas Cedar .
For cellulite, use the same oils
along with Eucalyptus Citriodora
and Mastique.
These help to eliminate toxins
from the tissue and help move
the lymph system.
