Most of the time, papers about crisis management and dynamic use as examples and test cases classical crisis likes the major industrial, ecological, economic of politic crisis. In this paper, with a performance agreements negotiation process as test case, the authors will try to see if the crisis management theories, specially the three steps dynamic from Lagadec, can be applied for non major crisis events
