Utilization of Existing Setup # Need to understand the existing setup (Vehicles, Man power and other setups) and see that 100% utilization of all. # Focus the New Potential Market, Including the existing one. # Set up the New staff of Marketing cum Ops on initial stages for all the potential Areas. # Understand the POTENTIAL by visiting those area’s Potential Customers and their need , means type of Vehicle (Capacity/Size and also the frequency of the veh they need For the service purpose). # To Utilize the Vehicle on 100% @ initial stages , we need to Run the Vehicle on Route sectors where the frequent movement of Cold Chain Cargo is available..For Example… Next slide

About the above slide The last slide which we have seen , is mainly reflect that the Indian cold chain business/ Economy is based on the movement by the Pharma , FMCGs, Agriculture and Rest of the services. Current Indian Market is Producing 104 tonnes perishable, out of the 104 million tonne of perishable , only 4 million tonnes move through refrigerated transport, out of which 2 million is exported. That Means the Business prospect is for 100Millions and the Professional service provider is less on current scenario.

Vehicle Which can be Intend As per the Indian customer requirement, we need to provide the service from 500Kgs transportation to 5 /8 Tons capacity Transportation, from within City to Intra state. Mostly In Citi movement , we need to keep small 207 and if possible TATA ACE capacity. Which is convenient to handle the city traffic in pick of the delivery time.  For Intrastate we need from 2 Tons capacity to 7 Tns capacity vehicle. As the services will be--- -------

Support Required From MGT To understand the proposal and analyze the same and act on the prospect side of the project. The 1st 18 months will be the window period to break the figure, TO definite PLUS FIGURE. Need to understand the request for the new staff and give the approval to process immdly or act immdly. Provide the Training to the staff / Driver who are in the field to train them from time to time on Development of Technical and other business terms. Support to arrest the weak point of the Operation and Team to minimize the loss and credibility. Support the Team and Expect 100% OUTPUT.
