Our strategy is to locate next generation Tin assets and leverage our exploration and development expertise to create sustainable Tin production. Our primary focus is to realise the potential of "Project Bisie" a high grade Tin asset located in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

  • 4. AFM TSX.V MANAGEMENT TEAM Rudolf Pretorius Non Executive Director Mr. Pretorius formed Treacle Private Equity in 1999 with two partners. At Treacle, Mr. Pretorius has been involved in numerous investments and has served on the board of multiple companies. 4 Juan Carlos Del Rio Non Executive Director Mr Del Rio currently serves on the board of BASIC RESOURCES AG and ROME RESOURCES LTD. He formerly served as CEO in the ASTROC Group since its IPO and led the group to its double cross- border M&A USD 20 Bio. Brendon Jones Non Executive Director Mr Jones currently holds a number of Executive and Non-Executive Directorships, including Tremont Master Holdings, a mining investment company. His Board roles include the review and approval of investment proposals presented by the various investment teams. Mark Gasson Non Executive Director, Technical Consultant Mr Gasson is a qualified geologist based in Switzerland and has held senior positions with a number of Australian and international mining companies operating in Africa. AFM TSX.V COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS – BISIE PROJECT  10,630 metres of diamond drilling completed on the Bisie Prospect since July 2012  Initial Inferred Mineral Resource of 4.01mt @ 3.5%Sn (0.25% Sn cut off) for 141,200 tonnes contained tin at Mpama North  43-101 filed in January 2014  Positive results from tin deportment and metallurgical studies: coarse cassiterite (0.2 – 0.3 mm) and 85% recoveries  Good potential regional targets identified for follow up Pink Cassiterite

AFM TSX.V DRILLING – MPAMA NORTH  Deep drilling below 200m commenced at Mpama North in February 2014 (6 holes for 1,720m)  Visible cassiterite veins observed down to 350m below surface  Significant results from first 2 holes:  24.5m @ 2.03% Sn from 247m including 15.18m @ 2.94% Sn from 252.12m  Metallurgical drilling near completion (20 holes for 1,986m)  7 tonnes of ore required for metallurgical testwork

AFM TSX.V GOLD TARGET: UMATE  Located on PR 5267 (currently under force majeure)  Exploitation of alluvial and primary resources during 1950 – 1960s  Two main areas of exploitation - Makua and Nyamakondjo basins  In the Nyamakondjo basin large quartz veins were exploited, along with the alluvial material  Good potential for discovery of primary gold resources Makua Nyamakondjo

COMPANY VISION 21  Develop the first commercial mine in the North Kivu Province  Establish and fund the “Alphamin Foundation” - 4% of all project expenditure  Create an artisan training school where trained personnel can provide services to the communities and the mine  General upliftment of all inhabitants of the greater Walikale  A successful project will attract new investment to North Kivu
