Responses show a 54%increase in the number of people who want to quit smoking, a61% increase in the number of people who plan to drink less anda 162% increase in the number of people who want to eat lessdessert. Nearly 40% more people made a health related resolu-tion this year and they intend to turn it into a year-round lifechange.
