    • Community Building Action Plan
    • Selected Target Audience: Professors & Students Winning Submission Professors would be interested in Agora because they could assign specific case studies to students which would be related to Agora. That way we could get some information (for example market research). Accordingly to that students would be interested in Agora because they would like to know if their information helped. That way we could reach a wide range of people that could help the growing of Agora. Except that I think that the largest number of people which have ideas, enthusiasm, which want to be heard and which have the knowledge which they want to use could be found at the universities.     • 1. Crowdfunding Campaign • Open decision for goodie ideas • Select platform • Create a movie and expose to community to get feedback • Write text and get feedback from community Goal: Show complete funding campaign to community and get ok to submit it to a crowdfunding platform
    • 2. Submit Job adverts • Identify all UK based job platforms • Post a brief job advert that directs applicants to myagora.co.uk Goal: get 5 new users Control: Google Analytics
    • 3. Get featured in Student Newspapers • Call or email all major student newspapers Goal: get featured in 2 student newspapers online as well as in print version – with link to website Control: Newspaper & Website
    • 4. University Start Up / Entrepreneurship Events • We will call 30 selected Entrepreneurship Professors to see if we can come to a class • We will call all major London universities to see if there are entrepreneurship / start up events • Identify and reach out to all student incubators & call to ask if we can present in front of members • Identify and reach out to entrepreneurship societies and see if we can hold talks Goal: within 2 months attend 10 events or hold talks Control: through checking new users
    • 5. Focus Social Media Strategy on Students & Professors • Agora will follow all major UK university pages & student union pages on Facebook • Allan & Jan will post on all UK university & entrepreneurship club pages on LinkedIn (to which we receive access) • We will follow 500 UK students on Twitter in the next 5 days • We will follow 200 UK business Professors on Twitter Goal: to convert 10 people from our social media efforts Control Element: Google Analytics
    • 6. Flyer campaign on campuses • Gather costs of printing flyer • Expose costs to community and ask if they want to make the flyer campaign • If yes, short submission (1 day) for flyers + 2 flyer proposals from Jan & Allan – decision on the best flyer is through the likes (no voting round)
