      • Develop and grow high-potential candidates with the ability to be hired into the SAP organization once they obtain their undergraduate degree.
      • Hire top-performers from who have undergone SAP training and have demonstrated their ability and willingness to tackle new challenges.
      • Provide “real world” learning experiences for students.
      • Decrease training time and increase execution time for new hires

    • Expectations of the Co-Op include:
      • Spending a six-month or two – three month rotations working full-time in Active Global Support

      • Engaging in critical customer issues to provide solution support either remotely or on-site.
      • Working out of SAP America’s US Headquarters
      • Ability and flexibility to travel
  • 9. College / University Curriculm Prerequisites
    • In order for the candidate to be effective in this role, he/she must have:
      • Completed a minimum of 2 years of college studies
      • Completed a minimum of 1 course in ERP
      • Completed a minium of 1 course in Database Management
      • Completed 1 (2 preferred) core business classes (i.e.: Accounting, Business Operations, etc).
    • Candidates who lack this foundation will require additional training and may not be as a effective integrating into the SAP organization.

    • Interview process of program:
      • Resumes are screened by recruiter and interview notes forwarded to hiring manager for review
      • Candidate pool is ranked based on resume, interview feedback, and professor recommendation
      • Interview day is scheduled and interview team established
      • Interview team goes to location and conducts screening interviews and then ranks candidates.
      • Top candidates are invited to NSQ for on-site interviews
      • Final selections made; offers extended
