Knightsbridge Human Capital Management Inc. is a leading Canadian Human
Resources Consulting Firm with multiple service offerings and offices located in
key cities across the Country. The Company was created in 2001/2002 through a
series of strategic acquisitions and since then has emerged as a dominant and
defining player in its field.
The Knightsbridge mission is to help clients manage their talent – their human
capital, in the most effective manner, in order to drive business results.
Knightsbridge does this by helping organisations attract and select talent,
assisting them to develop and retain talent, helping clients to create an
environment where talent can thrive and, when the need arises, helping
organisations transition or exit talent.
These components of end-to-end talent management are wrapped in the Firm’s
ability to work with organisations to develop and drive business and HR
strategy; and are enabled by the Firm’s core competencies of assessment,
coaching, learning, facilitation and technology.
The organisation has experienced significant change since its inception - having
essentially transformed itself from its foundation as four highly regarded
individual firms with specific offerings in distinct markets, into an integrated,
national, multi-divisional human capital management company. Now that most
of the integration has been completed, the time is ripe for new consultants to join
a fresh, invigorated, focused team of best-in-class professionals – a team that has
already made significant strides towards unlocking the best of its big company
potential without losing the best characteristics of the predominantly small,
responsive, client-focused boutique firms that formed its foundation.
