    • Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] covers the techniques and concept employed for the integrated management of business as a whole, from the viewpoint of the effective use of management resources, to improve the efficiency of an enterprise.
      • E-commerce or electronic commerce is defined as the complete set of processes that support commercial or business activities on a network .They help in carrying out commercial transactions electronically.
